BSI Financial Services Selects Docunym
Docunym, a provider of web-based document management and workflow software for insurance, mortgage and financial services companies, announced its cloud document management and workflow solution was selected by BSI Financial Services, a provider of mortgage subservicing, default solutions, loan quality control and business process outsourcing services.
BSI Financial selected Docunym for the solution's ability to streamline document management and provide secure access for their clients. The company has saved both time and money using the technology equal to two full time employees. Lengthy transmission times and complex approval processes are greatly reduced through the solution's seamless document retrieval and indexing capabilities. Docunym also monitors IP addresses and assigns security access to users according to their needs.

Docunym 2.2 is Released
Docunym, a provider of web-based document management and workflow software for insurance, mortgage and financial services companies, announced the release of Docunym 2.2, a major enhancement enabling users to manage and retrieve loan documents faster and more efficiently.
Docunym 2.2 allows for easy and secure document sharing with non-Docunym users while keeping existing encryption and audit trails in place. The new system also includes an enhanced document upload feature that enables users to drag and drop files from their computers into the appropriate Docunym folder. Users are also able to select and work with batches of documents so that updates and workflow actions are performed across all selected records resulting in increased efficiency.

Docunym Signs Two International Resellers
Docunym, a provider of web-based document management and workflow software for insurance, mortgage and financial services companies, has signed two international resellers of its cloud solution in Asia and South America.
Docunym's new resellers are Singapore-based Pixsell, an international technology provider, and Brazil-based Virtualis, a firm specializing in moving small and medium-size companies to the cloud. Both companies decided to resell the document management system due to the growing demand for document management technology and the benefits the solution has for users.
